Richard designs, implements, evaluates, and coordinates operational facets of university-wide faculty development initiatives. He conducts program activities relating to the NIH-sponsored BIRWCH career development program. Richard engages in full-cycle planning, budget management, and implementation of faculty development workshops/events of all scales; liaising with internal faculty development committees

Marcus oversees and coordinates the University’s initiatives to sustain a safe climate for all University community members free from sexual harassment and sexual violence. He also works to enhance the University’s efforts in outreach, education, communication, and prevention programs regarding sexual harassment, abuse, and assault. His primary duties include overseeing the response to Title IX complaints, including dating violence, domestic violence, and stalking. Marcus coordinates his work closely with Student Affairs, the Office of the General Counsel, and the University Police Department.

Nigel provides data analyses to units across the University to support evidence-based decision making. He is responsible for bringing data together from a variety of sources (e.g., student data, faculty data, and survey data), collection of new data, and the analysis of that data.
Assessment Analyst

Alexandra assists with assessment and continuous improvement at the institution level as well as with individual academic programs and administrative units. She serves as a resource for the development of assessment plans, including drafting learning outcomes, determining appropriate assessment methods, and building rubrics. She also provides guidance on research design including surveys, focus groups, and interview protocols.
