The Collaborative on Academic Careers in Higher Education (COACHE)--based at the Harvard Graduate School of Education--is a consortium of over 250 colleges, universities, and systems committed to making the academic workplace more attractive and equitable for faculty.
Tulane has long been a participant in the COACHE Faculty Job Satisfaction Survey, participating in 2008, 2011, 2015, and most recently participated in Spring 2018. All Tulane full-time faculty were invited to participate in the online survey in the Spring of 2018, with an overall response rate of 39% and a 45% response rate for tenured/tenure track faculty.
